A BILL supplementing, amending, and transferring specified
unexpended amounts from Acct. No. 8013-10, state lottery
fund, and transferring, as provided herein, such specified
amounts for expenditure during the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three,
to Acct. No. 9132, division of human services, all amending
chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget
bill.
Whereas,
The Legislature finds that amounts collected in Acct.
No. 8013-10, state lottery fund, exceed the amounts
necessary to effectuate the purposes of the fund and should
be redesignated, therefore:
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the amount of one million five hundred thousand dollars
be transferred from Acct. No. 8013-10, state lottery fund, and
that said amount be added to the line item in Acct. No. 9132,
division of human services, as designated herein and as set forthin chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-two, as follows:

Health Care and Title XIX Waiver for
Senior Citizens--Total$ 1,500,000
The purpose of this bill is to add one million five hundred
thousand dollars to the line item "Health Care and Title XIX
Waiver for Senior Citizens" in Acct. No. 9132, division of human
services, to be available for expenditure during the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-three. The funds are to be transferred from Acct. No.
8013-10, state lottery fund.
